Pantone’s Colour Of The Year Is …… Emerald!

Fellow colour-lovers across the globe understand the excitement which comes with the announcement of the new year’s Pantone Colour of the Year, and this year is no exception.

In 2012 we “oooh’d” and “ahh’d” over hot and fiery Tangerine Tango. Suddenly, this vibrant hue could be spotted all over catwalks; cosmetic super giant Sephora released a limited edition makeup collection for those wishing to paint their pout in the on-trend tone and our Pinterest feeds became flush with warm glowing colour.

Now, in 2013 the more harmonious colour Emerald emerges as our colour of obsession.  We love the lush, brilliant green of this jewel-tone. Equally elegant, radiant and tremendously versatile, we wait in anticipation for a frenzy of features in home décor, fashion, design (and Pinterest, of course).
